NORWICH – During Tuesday night’s Norwich City School Board of Education meeting, board member Tim Brown announced his resignation.
Brown, who was appointed to the board to fill a vacancy two years ago, was elected to the seat in 2008. While he gave no reason for his resignation, Brown thanked the community for the opportunity he experienced.
