COVENTRY – A motorcyclist was airlifted to Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton after he struck the rear of a jeep which was making a turn into a driveway Sunday.

According to the Chenango County Sheriff’s Department, Ronald Sackett, 53, of Bainbridge, was traveling along State Highway 206 in the Town of Bainbridge on his 2005 Yamaha motorcycle yesterday afternoon when he collided into the back of a 2006 Jeep, operated by Lisa Wahlberg, 39, of Bainbridge.
