NORWICH – A Norwich man was arrested early Wednesday morning for the alleged forcible rape of a 15-year-old girl in the city.
Myron K. Frasier, 42, of Beebe Avenue, was arrested at 5:07 a.m. by Norwich Police Officers over an incident that allegedly took place at around 10 p.m. last night. Frasier was charged with first degree rape and first degree criminal sexual act.
