GREENE – The Greene Town Justice recently assigned to the Steven W. Fong case has rendered another decision in the case, the third in less than two weeks.
This latest decision, issued by Judge Dante Acunto on Friday, denies a request by District Attorney Joseph McBride to review a Jan 9. order which placed ownership of 76 Pomeranians, seized from Fong last fall, in question yet again.
