AFTON– Three Afton teenagers who were arrested by State Police last week for burglary are now being charged with additional felonies for allegedly breaking into a separate business to steal Pop-tarts, Gatorade and Tylenol.
Following an investigation by the Afton Village Police, Donald G. Lockwood, 18, Caleb J. Gregory, 18, and Patrick J. Reynolds, 17, were charged with a second count of third degree burglary and petit larceny just a week after New York State Troopers arrested the three for felony burglary, accusing them of breaking into Henry’s Drive Diner to steal loose change from the register.
