A jury of eight men and four women has been selected and sworn in Wednesday in the murder trial of Peter M. Wlasiuk. Four others were chosen as alternates.
Testimony is set to begin with opening arguments Thursday morning at the Chenango County Courthouse.
Wlasiuk is accused of murdering his wife, Patricia, in 2002.
