The Norwich chapter of Dollars for Scholars presented its 5th annual awards ceremony Monday night in East Side Park. Pictured are student board members Michelle Testani, Cara Frink, Casey Edwards, Brooke Abbott and Nathan Foote. In 2008, Dollars for Scholars granted 31 awards to NHS seniors, totalling $28,500 to be used in their pursuit of higher education. Norwich Dollars for Scholars is a locally operated and supported nonprofit tax-exempt scholarship foundation.
