Spittler named top male track athlete at S-E Invitational

SHERBURNE – Oneonta and Sidney claimed the boys and girls team titles at the Sherburne-Earlville Invitational Friday afternoon, and Norwich picked up an outstanding male track performer award to highlight local competitors.
