SHERBURNE – A Sherburne man was arrested on Thursday, accused of the rape of a minor.
The Village of Sherburne Police Department arrested John W. Morris, Jr., 22, of 33 Classic St. According to police, Morris was arrested for allegedly having intercourse with a female who was under the age of 15. Sherburne Police Chief James Fox explained the investigation began after the incident was reported by the victim.
