AFTON– Binghamton City Police announced Saturday that they have arrested an Afton man for the 1997 murder of a Binghamton prostitute.
Bobby Jo Hatchcock, 50, has been arrested for second-degree murder over the slaying of Terry L. Dittman, 38.
The Binghamton PD has scheduled a press conference for 11 a.m. Monday at Binghamton City Hall.
According the department’s original reports, Dittman’s body was discovered half-naked on the city’s east side in June 1997.
