SMITHVILLE – Sheriff’s deputies broke up an underage drinking party in the Town of Smithville over the weekend, arresting 18 youths and charging one with a misdemeanor.
A 17-year-old Smithville youth has been charged with second degree criminal nuisance, a misdemeanor, for allegedly providing alcohol at his residence to 17 other underaged kids.
