Dave Evans and Scott Evans bottle milk Tuesday at the Evans Farmhouse Organic Creamery in Norwich. In business since 1999, the family owned and operated dairy processes between 16,000 and 17,000 gallons of milk a day, in addition to making cheese, yogurt and butter. The operation is certified organic by the USDA.
