Outgoing Plymouth Town Justice Gladys Branagan (1999-2007) was honored by new Justice Paul O’Connor at the town meeting Monday night in the Plymouth Volunteer Fire House. O’Connor presented Branagan with a plaque and an autographed picture of his friend, popular TV court judge “Judge Judy.” “She (Branagan) showed dedication and incredible diligence taking over this court,” O’Connor said.
