Frontier supports Christmas for Kids

SHERBURNE – Frontier employees in the Norwich and Sherburne area recently combined efforts to provide 87 Madison County children gifts for Christmas as part of the Madison County Department of Social Services (DSS) Christmas for Kids program.

Employees pick children’s names off a Christmas tree. Included was a wish list of items each child would like to receive for the holiday. The employees purchased the gifts. Then the Madison County DSS counselors picked up the wrapped packages from Frontier’s Sherburne office and arranged for delivery to the families.

Frontier is the only company where its employees participate in this activity, making certain that many of these children will have a Christmas. This, and other holiday projects, are coordinated by the company’s employee Community Action Team to give back to the community and make a difference in the lives of local residents.
