Man accused of sex crimes against two Oxford children pleads not guilty

OXFORD An Oxford man charged with raping a six-year-old girl and sexually molesting a 13-year-old boy pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him and then asked for a new attorney Friday.



Jason E. Heisler, 34, of 223 West State Road, Oxford, was indicted Nov. 29 for first degree rape (B felony), first degree sexual abuse (D felony), second degree sexual act and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Friday was the first time Heisler answered to the charges in county court.
