Man accused of sex crimes against two Oxford children pleads not guilty

OXFORD – An Oxford man charged with raping a six-year-old girl and sexually molesting a 13-year-old boy pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him and then asked for a new attorney Friday.

Jason E. Heisler, 34, of 223 West State Road, Oxford, was indicted Nov. 29 for first degree rape (B felony), first degree sexual abuse (D felony), second degree sexual act and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Friday was the first time Heisler answered to the charges in county court.



Heisler’s wife, who avoided grand jury indictment, pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child in Town of Oxford court. She has not yet been sentenced.

Unbelievable. So he will make one side or the other call the kids to testify? Thats nuts. This after the wife plead guilty to endangering the welfare of a child. Does that mean she was lying?

Scumbag!! You do that to a child and can't even tell the truth. Isn't it enough you have messed up those two kids lives.
