EDMESTON – Edmeston forced overtime hitting a three-pointer with 15 seconds left in regulation, and rallied from four points down in overtime to edge the Raiders Monday.
Anthony Wolcott came off a high screen to bury the tying three ball from the top of the key. Wolcott had three points in overtime and Alex Stevens put back an offensive rebound to lead the Panthers.
“It was our first game – and their fourth – and it took a while for us to get our legs,” said G-MU coach Bill Hartman. “We did okay, but turnovers and poor defensive rebounding hurt us. Still, we were in position to win the game.”
