NEW BERLIN – Police have apprehended a suspect in a drug store burglary that took place earlier this week which resulted in several prescription drugs being stolen.
The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office and the Town of New Berlin Police Department completed their investigation into a forcible burglary at the Service Pharmacy Drug Store in the Village of New Berlin, with the arrest of Nicholas P. Pacio.
Pacio, 32, 59 Henry Street, Norwich, was arrested for third degree burglary and fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
