GREENE – The Greene Police Department has arrested a 28-year-old Greene man for allegedly having sexual relations with a minor.
Charles Crosby, 28, Driscall Ave., was arrested for 3rd degree rape (Class E felony) and endangering the welfare of a child. Allegedly, he engaged in sexual intercourse with a female under the age of 17.
Crosby is a registered, level two sex offender, according to the official New York State Criminal Justice sex offender website. On April 10, 2001, Crosby had sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old and later pleaded guilty to raping her. He was sentenced to a year in jail.
