NORWICH – Gus’ Steakhouse in Norwich held a prom for Chenango County seniors Sunday night. Kathy and Frank Revoir, seated center, were crowned Queen and King. Also on the prom court were, back row: Oscar and Bridget Hannan; Ronnie and Jim O’Connor; and Barbara and Doug Scott.
