Sherburne’s Westlake Village homes available this summer

SHERBURNE – Situated on a 37-acre lot in the Village of Sherburne is the site of West Lake Village, a maintenance-free, community-based living facility for maturing adults. With several units completed or nearly completed, the project’s managers hope they will soon be able to start selling them.

The units cannot be officially offered to the public until approval is given from the New York State Attorney General’s Office, but according to Dianne Antaya, project manager, the approval is getting closer to becoming a reality.

Westlake Village consists of 86 condominium-style homes, in a variety of styles and sizes, built in blocks of eight. The end units are single story, two bedroom and one bath condos, while the middle units will feature two story units with three bedrooms.
