Illegal alien being deported, after arrest for forcibly touching a minor

NEW BERLIN – A man accused of having an indecent relationship with a minor was discovered to be an illegal immigrant and deported. Christian F. Alvarez, 21, of Holmes Ave., New Berlin, was arrested after an investigation conducted by the New Berlin Police Department. He will now be deported back to Equador.

Alvarez was charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. Police said Alvarez had a consensual relationship with an underaged girl that went too far, and they had received complaints from third parties. After officials responded to the allegations, they uncovered enough evidence to press charges. Police also discovered Alvarez was not a U.S. citizen and has been in the U.S. for five years illegally.

The sad part of it all is that chances are nothing will happen to him other then being deported back to mexico, or where ever he is from. I personally, think if they are here, they should be held accountable for their crimes before being sent home with no punishment at all.
