SHERBURNE – Sherburne-Earlville survived a stiff challenge to its unbeaten record blasting visiting Westmoreland in the fourth quarter to pull away for its 18th straight win this season.
Reserves Caleb Johnson and Garrett Porack were instrumental to an 18-1 run to start the fourth quarter that turned a one-point game into a blowout at the end. Johnson was faced with the task of guarding the Bulldogs’ Louis Szewcyzk, who had 18 points through three quarters.
