Norwich Eatery Marks First Year In Business

NORWICH – The Bohemian Moon opened its doors in Norwich a year ago this week, and while it has not been an easy road, the loyalty of the customers and the staff has made it all worthwhile.

Many restaurants fail within their first year, but Brenda Gibbon, owner of the Bohemian Moon, has found the right combination of unique menu choices and comfortable favorites. “Because we’re so different, we either hit the right clientele or we don’t,” Gibbon said. She credits her customers, employees, family and city officials for helping the Bohemian Moon to become successful. “We have a lot of customers who come in once a week,” Gibbon said.
