The City of Norwich is once again host to the Miss New York State Teen-Ager Pageant, sponsored by Gillespie Pageants, this weekend. Competitors gathered in the Howard Johnson’s ballroom Thursday night for pre-pageant festivities, with local area contestants posing for a group shot.
