NORWICH – Members of American Legion Post 189 in Norwich, the “Longshots,” recently qualified for the National Pool Championships in Las Vegas Aug. 21-26. Sponsored by the APA (Amateur Pool Association), the team earned a spot in the national tourney winning the Mohawk Valley regional tournament in Utica.
