NORWICH Amazingly, two drivers escaped with only cuts and bruises as a result of an early morning collision involving two tractor trailers on state Route 12, authorities said.
It sounded almost like an explosion, nearby Route 12 resident Kim Cornell said, who did not see the crash occur. She (pointing to a girl to her right) thought was somebody going through a house.
