I can't log in to my account

First, please reset your password and take notice of your username in the reset email. Almost all login issues are the result of incorrect login information. If you have confirmed your username is correct and have reset your password, but still can't log in contact support.

I can't remember my username or password

You can reset your password from this page. The reminder email will also include your username. You will need access to the email address you used to create your account.

The link in my password reset email doesn't work

Some email clients disable links or don't display links in text emails. Please copy and paste the entire link into your browser.

How can I update my email address or other account information?

When you're logged in to your account, you can update your email address or other account information on the My Account page.

I have a print account, how can I activate my free online account?

If you have a currently active print subscription that is delivered to your home, you are eligible for a free online subscription. To receive your free online subscription, you must sign in to your account (create a free account) then to verify your information visit this page: verify online.

My subscription is current, but I can't view today's print edition

The online print edition is delivered in Adobe PDF format. If you're having trouble viewing it, please upgrade to the newest version of Adobe Reader
