Green thumbs mark National Garden Week

The garden clubs of Norwich would like to remind the community that June 3-9 is National Garden Week, as proclaimed by the National Garden Club Association in recognition of the importance of gardening and the numerous contributions of gardeners across the nation. This week you’ll be seeing some of your Chenango County neighbors busy at work in their prized gardens; above, Dorothy Benenati, Charlene Walling and Joyce Lawson of the Town & Country Garden Club tend to the 9/11 Memorial Garden behind Guernsey Library.
